Please send official transcripts from any institution attended for the fall and spring semester with final grades and final degree conferred (if applicable). If you are enrolled in spring courses, you will need to wait until spring grades and your degree has been posted. Upload your final transcripts to PharmCas and we will download them from their system after verification. The deadline is June 30th for you to upload these final transcripts. If you have a special exception for a summer class that ends after July 1 – please email the official electronic transcript to pharmacy_admissions@unc.edu as soon as those grades are posted.

For students who are entering the program without a completed bachelor’s degree, you will need to send official high school transcripts as well. If you need to send high school transcripts, please email those to pharmacy_admissions@unc.edu

Frequently Asked Questions

How will I know you received the paperwork I sent to the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy?

Please upload the documents (other than high school transcripts or late summer transcripts) to PharmCas and we will download them. This way you know that they are received in PharmCas because you can see that you have uploaded them.

Do I still need to submit high school and college transcripts from institutions I attended some time ago?

High school transcripts are only required for students who will not have a bachelor’s degree when entering the PharmD Program.

Do I need to send in my AP score report?

We need official AP scores directly from the College Board so please upload them to PharmCAS in the application or have them sent to UNC if you are using AP scores to meet pre-requisites.

Do I need to send you transcripts if I am already a student at UNC-Chapel Hill?

Yes. We need official transcripts to verify prerequisite courses and degree. Upload them to PharmCas for verification.
